The Anglican Church in Qatar is looking for Friday Stewards to help to ensure adherence to the Covid-19 precautionary measures at The Anglican Centre when it re-opens. The position involves following on Fridays:

  • Registering and welcoming congregants/visitors

  • Assuring the use of face masks

  • Checking temperature upon entry

  • Guiding congregants to their respective worship hall

  • Ensuring social distancing throughout the Centre’s premises, including in each worship hall

  • Facilitating the people traffic to the exits upon completion of worship services

  • Entails long working hours (6am to 10pm) with adequate breaks and food provision


The Friday Stewards will be compensated with QAR 250 per Friday, plus 3 meals during the day, a uniform and personal protective gear.
